Several thoughts cross your mind when you see changes in your body. I am feeling up and down in my current situation. Not all thoughts are negative however; you tend to feel dull seeing your body changing and having multiple concerns. I think that is quite normal to feel dull few times. While other times, you embrace the changes happening in your body and life. I feel happy and over excited to see that life which is growing inside. While these thoughts make me feel nostalgic and encouraged me to post this outfit that I carried before my pregnancy. Last year we flew down south and touched the US-Mexico border. Thanks to our friends who live there, that gave us a chance to visit El Paso city in Texas. It is a fun place to be at. A small city and situated in the far western corner of the state in Texas State. It lies at the intersection of three states (TexasNew Mexico, and Chihuahua) and two countries (the US and Mexico) and you can actually see Mexico from the Highway. El Paso has a transitional climate between cold desert climate and hot desert climate with hot summers, usually with little humidity, and mild, dry winters. The city is covered with Mountains which makes it beautiful. We got to see the other side of the States being there. With people wearing Cow boy hats, eating loads of spicy Mexican food and beautiful architecture of the city, I fell for this place. When we visited in September, the weather was clear and nice and that gave me chance to wear my favorite stripe dress from last summer.

Off shoulder was a blast last summer and indeed is going to be here this summer season also. This casual yet super chic dress is from Windsor store for less than $30. I wore this dress for one of the night outs in the city with friends. A nice dress, great company and loads of fun, what else can you ask from a weekend night. That night was perfect. We started with an amazing rooftop club and ended up sitting under the clear sky with thousands of stars. We were literally pampered by these amazing people (Paaji and Chetana) for those 3 days. This wasn’t a trip for sightseeing but to spend quality time with our loved ones and that’s what we did. From cooking breakfast at home during lunch time to having dinner past midnight, we did everything bizarre. We did try sightseeing but that never happened but it was still one of our best trips in years. I wish to go back in time and stay there for long. So, back to dress…my mind keeps diverting and takes me back to that amazing time and people.

This is an off shoulder dress but yet very conformable and have an abstract cut towards the end which is the USP of this dress. I chose to do a ponytail which highlighted the neckline of this dress. I couldn’t find the direct link of this dress but certainly check out Windsor Store for their amazing collection. I decided to go with a bold liper and blue color studs for my ears. I generally don’t wear earnings but with my hair tied up, they actually looked good on me. For the shoot, I didn’t have to go out because friend’s house was a perfect space to get some clicks. All the pictures are from there. They have an amazing house and you will be glad to know that this house in on sale now as they are planning to move out of the city. Do let me know in case you are interested to buy this property anytime soon….. lol yeah I am marketing their house too 🙂

The choker with some hanging drops looked so good with the dress. My python print pumps completed the look for that evening. That’s Chetana with me int he picture. Isn’t she ravishing? Look at her necklace, looks so royal. Love her.. <3

Well this post makes me feel positive and happy. Hope you like the post too. Share your love and more maternity posts are on their way. Until next time, take care and keep it uber stylish.

xoxo
